What will we do?
We will provide you with a practical model to gain insight into your own personality and that of others. Based on this understanding, you will learn to adjust your behavior and become more effective in collaborating with clients, colleagues, supervisors, and team members— even with your partner and family. Research shows that when people have a clear self-image, they are better able to empathize with others and adjust their communication and behavior accordingly.

Insights Discovery
Insights Discovery quickly and reliably reveals psychological preferences and is based on the work of Carl Jung, a world-renowned Swiss psychiatrist and psychologist. This model is widely used by organizations to promote self-awareness, effective communication, and respectful collaboration.

Receive a Personal Profile
Participants in the workshop will have the opportunity to create a free personal Insights Discovery profile after the session. This profile provides insights into one’s personality and the qualities and characteristics associated with it.

Who is it for?
This workshop is intended for professionals in audit, finance, ESG, data management, and (IT) project management (both permanent and interim roles).

When and where?
The session will take place on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. It will be conducted via Teams, and you will receive a link to join after registering.

Who will give the workshop?
The workshop will be led by Clemens van der Werf, a certified trainer in Insights Discovery, Situational Leadership (SLII), TMA Talent Analysis, and Intervision.
