How to select the right candidate
We seek individuals who are passionate about their profession, can deliver quality work, match our culture, and are fun and engaged colleagues. Just as candidates want to know the true nature of a company, it’s equally important for you as an interviewer to have that insight. How can you ensure that you select the right candidate and see beyond the resume? This is possible. With this workshop, we aim to help you ask the right questions and avoid common pitfalls in the interview process.

What will we do?
During this workshop, we will first examine the HR process. You’ll learn about the roles involved and the journey a candidate goes through. Then, we will provide you with various tools for conducting an effective job interview. You’ll learn how to prepare for the conversation, explore different interview techniques, understand the roles of the interviewers, find the right balance of speaking time between you and the candidate, identify good questions to ask, and recognize common pitfalls to avoid.

Who is it for?
This workshop is intended for all professionals in audit, finance & BI, data & analytics, and business consultancy who want to improve their job interview skills.

The workshop will take place on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. It will be conducted via MS Teams, and you will receive a link to join after registering.
