Many professionals take on leadership roles early in their careers. Questions that quickly arise include: How do I motivate my employees or colleagues? How can I ensure they continue to develop? Does treating everyone the same really work? By adapting your leadership style to the individual, you can bring out the best in others. This approach fosters engaged and responsible team members who will leverage their knowledge, experience, and motivation to achieve their goals.
What will we do?
In this workshop, we will provide you with a practical model for leadership. Using the Situational Leadership (SLII) model by Ken Blanchard, you will learn how to analyze an employee’s competence level and adjust your leadership style accordingly. This way, you can offer each individual the support, guidance, or encouragement they need.
Who is it for?
This workshop is intended for all professionals in accountancy, finance, data & analytics, and IT project management (both permanent and interim roles).
When and where?
The workshop will take place on Thursday, November 7, 2024, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. It will be held via Teams, and you will receive a link after registering.
Who will give the workshop?
The workshop will be led by Clemens van der Werf. He is a certified trainer in Insights Discovery, Situational Leadership (SLII), TMA Talent Analysis, and Intervision.
