Our employees appreciate the freedom and autonomy they get here. We offer the opportunity to arrange your work the way you want.

You ask the question
We give the answer
Clemens has over 20 years of experience as a recruiter and has now been an important part of our organization for seven years. We asked Clemens what he has been working on all this time. “I look for problems, and I solve them. So I’m curious about questions all day long.” – Clemens. “I don’t ask questions of the candidates, but I want to get questions from them. If I can detect the curiosity there, then they’ve got me, and that’s where I go,” Clemens says. Clemens’ expertise lies in matching highly qualified professionals with challenging assignments and the further development of talents within asqin.

Your way of working
Freedom is high on the ladder
Clemens explains why professionals choose asqin: “Our employees appreciate the freedom and autonomy they get here. We offer the opportunity to organize your work the way you want, with a balance between consultancy and interim assignments. There are also opportunities to specialize in different sectors or to be broadly applicable. What makes us unique is that we plan from excess capacity, so our people have the space to deliver quality work without constant work pressure.”

Authentic in our own kind
Be asqin
According to Clemens, asqin is a special player within the industry: “In a sector where many young professionals are leaving the profession because of the workload, asqin knows how to stand out. We offer a working environment where experienced professionals feel valued, where freedom and personal development are key. Our informal culture, where trust and cooperation are paramount, ensures that people enjoy working here and stay.” Clemens is proud of the working environment that asqin offers: “We dare to be different, and that makes us strong. I don’t have to wear a suit to prove that I deliver quality – it’s all about the content and the value we add.”

asqin you the last question?
We asked Clemens what last question we should ask him. He replied: “What do you think is the most important aspect of a good working relationship?” Naturally, we were curious as to why this is Clemens’ question and what his own answer to it is. “The most important thing is mutual respect and open communication. This ensures that both parties feel heard and valued, which leads to a successful and long-term cooperation.” – Clemens
