What’s the deal?
You will engage with CFOs and CEOs to investigate what the client truly needs. You will seek the question behind the question and the goals the client aims to achieve. You will translate the client’s needs into multi-year plans, forecasts, scenarios, market and trend analyses, business cases, projects, and process improvements. As a modern business controller, you will visualize data and reports in clear dashboards. You will share your insights with the client and discuss what else can be addressed. In short, a versatile and client-oriented role.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in finance or business control.
- Experience in accountancy, the business sector, or consultancy.
- Experience with data visualization and Power BI.
- Curious: You seek to uncover the question behind the question.
- Sincere: You dare to give your opinion honestly and with commitment.
- Team player: You enjoy working together.
- Continuous improvement enthusiast: For both yourself and your clients.
We offer a workweek of 32 to 40 hours and a permanent contract. Additionally, you can expect: a starting salary between € 5.000 and € 6.500 gross per month, an attractive bonus scheme, a company car or mobility allowance, hybrid working options, a laptop, mobile phone, and a budget for the home office essentials you may need. The starting salary is determined in consultation, and there is no salary ceiling.

How does it work?
Our job application process
One of our team members answers all your initial questions and then schedules a first interview when both sides think a match is present.
During your first meeting at one of our offices you will meet two team members. During this meeting we will answer all your questions and look at what you bring (in terms of competencies, personality, wishes and experiences) and what you are looking for (in a new position or organization).
During your second meeting, you meet two other team members. They are also curious about the questions you still have. Furthermore together we look at your future (where are your goals, what does your dream assignment look like and how do you get there) and the match with our culture (in which environment you will do best).
If we both see a match, then we go online and you fill out a questionnaire. Based on your answers, a profile of your competencies will be made. This assessment is the starting point for your personal development within asqin.
During the next interview you will discuss the terms of employment and your personal profile with someone from HR. Is this also a match? Then we move on to the final round!
We draw up the employment contract and accompanying statements and welcome you with open arms and thorough onboarding. Time to be asqin.
