- Solving coding errors and other technical issues.
- Data mining and structuring data into understandable formats.
- Presenting big data using statistical tools.
- Identifying key trends and patterns for conducting predictive analyses.
- Reporting to management on trends, patterns, and forecasts based on relevant data.
- Seeking opportunities for process improvements.
- Recommending system changes and developing a data management policy.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including data scientists, information analysts, programmers, and executives.
- Documenting analysis processes and providing insights to stakeholders.
- A completed HBO or WO degree in a quantitative field.
- At least several years of work experience as a senior analyst/scientist in data & analytics (analyzing and solving complex issues and processing data).
- Knowledge of data modeling, programming languages (such as SQL or Python), analysis tools, data visualization (such as Power BI), and cloud platforms (such as Azure or AWS).
A dedicated and eager-to-learn data enthusiast from consultancy or the business sector. You naturally excel at collaboration and enjoy contributing to the growth and profiling of the team. Furthermore, we expect you to have:
- Genuine interest in the world of financial markets (banks, insurance companies, asset managers, and pension firms).
- A passion for the profession, clients, and colleagues.
- A positive-critical, analytical, and development-oriented work attitude.
We offer a contract ranging from 32 to 40 hours per week. Of course, this comes with a comprehensive benefits package. You can expect a competitive salary, a good bonus scheme, a company car or mobility allowance, and a laptop and mobile phone. As a reference, most mid-level and senior data analysts earn between €3.000 and €7.000 gross per month. The starting salary will be determined in consultation, and we do not have a salary cap. Would you like more entrepreneurial employment conditions? We also have a compensation model for that.
This is a position where you can develop yourself. We do this with a team of experienced colleagues and a training program. We ensure your growth in the field, sector, and IT knowledge, as well as the many skills you need as a consultant or analyst. You will also have free access to a training platform like Udemy or DataCamp.
How does it work?
Our job application process
One of our team members answers all your initial questions and then schedules a first interview when both sides think a match is present.
During your first meeting at one of our offices you will meet two team members. During this meeting we will answer all your questions and look at what you bring (in terms of competencies, personality, wishes and experiences) and what you are looking for (in a new position or organization).
During your second meeting, you meet two other team members. They are also curious about the questions you still have. Furthermore together we look at your future (where are your goals, what does your dream assignment look like and how do you get there) and the match with our culture (in which environment you will do best).
In this next conversation, you’ll sit down with someone from HR to discuss your employment terms and personal profile. Another match? Then we’re off to the final round!
A good match works both ways. You’ve asked all your questions—now it’s our turn. We’ll request a reference from someone you’ve worked with to better understand what makes you unique and where you shine.
We draw up the employment contract and accompanying statements and welcome you with open arms and thorough onboarding. Time to be asqin.
