It gives me energy and satisfaction,&#8221; Koen says enthusiastically.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The question behind the question<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Searching for the core<\/em><br \/>\nWhen Koen became involved in an ERP implementation at Chugoku Paints B.V. through Marc Zoeter, he was immediately challenged to look beyond the surface. &#8220;With a new ERP implementation, you often get a list of requirements that don&#8217;t reflect the real needs of the organization. Our job is to challenge the customer to discover the origin of problems and take that as a starting point,&#8221; Koen explains. He knows better than anyone else that the question behind the question is always crucial to achieving real, sustainable solutions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row mc--img-text height_auto width_full\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_grid cols_2 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_middle type_default stacking_default\" style=\"--columns-gap:0rem;\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container us_custom_f70d789f us_animate_this\"><div class=\"vc_column-overlay\" style=\"background:var(--color-header-middle-text)\"><\/div><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_3683a75f us_animate_this\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><strong>An opportunity to grow <\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Be sharp<\/em><br \/>\nKoen emphasizes how important it is to continuously develop yourself: &#8220;With a long-term project, such as at Chugoku Paints B.V., I am expected to constantly come up with improvements and new ideas. That keeps me on my toes and ensures that I keep challenging myself.&#8221; He really feels valued within the team and enjoys the interaction between him and his colleagues, &#8220;It&#8217;s nice to see that I am really part of the team. Colleagues and even other departments now ask me for advice.
