Junior Assistant Accountant
Junior Assistant Accountant
Do you want to learn how administrations, annual accounts and client files form the foundation for strong financial advice?
At asqin, we believe real impact is created when you look beyond the figures alone. When you do not just process administrations, but also learn to understand what lies behind them. As a Junior Assistant Accountant, you will develop step by step into a financial asqpert. You are naturally curious, ask questions and learn to spot connections between administrations, annual accounts and client files. This is how you help build a strong financial foundation that enables organisations to make better decisions.
Your role as a Junior Assistant Accountant
You already have a foundation in accountancy and want to continue developing within a compilation practice and across different client environments.
- You have completed a higher professional education degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business Economics and preferably already bring experience within accountancy or a compilation practice.
- You contribute to preparing annual accounts, reports and client files, gradually taking on more responsibility in preparing and building files independently.
- You support the processing, checking and analysis of financial administrations and learn to connect figures, processes and advice.
- You work with accounting software and reporting tools and enjoy deepening your knowledge of these systems.
- You feel at home in interim work: you switch easily between different clients, environments and challenges.

What we offer
- The freedom to work where, when and how you want, as long as it works for you, your team and the client.
- An annual bonus in line with your performance, 25 holiday days and overtime compensation through time off in lieu.
- Room to grow, with a dedicated mentor, committed colleagues and plenty of opportunities to develop yourself both professionally and personally.
- A salary from €2,000, depending on your experience and development.
