Senior Financial Controller
Senior Financial Controller
Do you want to help organisations maintain control over their financial performance as a financial sparring partner?
At asqin, we believe real impact is created when you look beyond the numbers. When you not only analyse what has happened, but ask why it happened and what can be improved tomorrow. As a Senior Financial Controller, you are a strong financial asqpert and sparring partner for organisations. You ask the questions where others stop, see connections between figures, processes and strategy, and help organisations look ahead with more control and confidence. At the same time, you help build asqin by strengthening colleagues, sharing knowledge and further developing our financial advisory practice.
Your role as a Senior Financial Controller
You are an experienced financial professional who helps organisations strengthen their steering and actively contributes to the development of clients, colleagues and asqin.
-
You have completed a higher professional or university degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accountancy or a similar field, and bring extensive experience in financial control, business control or consultancy.
-
You advise organisations on financial steering, control, reporting and performance improvement, with an eye for both the numbers and the broader business context.
-
You understand complex financial processes, bring structure and know where to intervene to create control and direction.
-
You act as a sparring partner for management, directors and other stakeholders, and know how to translate financial insights into decisions and movement.
-
You coach colleagues, actively share knowledge and help build the further development of our financial advisory practice within asqin.
