Do you want to help organisations within banking and investment management turn strategic challenges into lasting impact as a strong sparring partner?
At asqin, we believe real impact is created when you look beyond the question itself. When you not only analyse what is happening, but ask why it is happening and what can be improved tomorrow. As a Senior Business Consultant within banking and investment management, you act as a strong sparring partner on assignments within investment operations, data and control. You oversee the chain around return, risk and accountability, determine where action is needed and guide organisations in making decisions that go beyond the process itself. At the same time, you help build asqin by strengthening colleagues, sharing knowledge and further developing our financial advisory practice.
Your role as a Senior Business Consultant
You are an experienced consultant within banking, investment management or financial services, and you guide both clients and colleagues through complex challenges.

You have extensive experience in investment operations, data, reporting, control or consultancy, combined with a strong foundation in finance, economics, data or a similar field.

You give direction to assignments within investment operations, data and control at pension funds, asset managers, banks or other financial institutions.

You oversee chains around return, risk and accountability, and determine where action is needed to improve processes, steering or decision-making.

You act as a sparring partner for senior stakeholders and know how to translate complex content into sharp choices, concrete improvement and lasting impact.

You strengthen colleagues, share knowledge and help build the further development of Financial Markets within asqin.
