As a Medior Business Consultant within banking and investment management, you work on substantive assignments within investment operations, data and control. You understand how the chain around return, risk and accountability works, and you know where to ask the right questions to create movement. You see connections between data, processes and performance, and help organisations translate insights into concrete improvements.

Your role as a Medior Business Consultant

You have experience in investment operations, data, reporting or consultancy, and know how to move substantive challenges within financial markets forward.

  • You have at least 2 to 4 years of experience in investment operations, data, reporting or consultancy, and a higher professional or university degree in Finance, Economics, Data or a similar field.

  • You work on assignments within investment operations, data and control at organisations such as pension funds, asset managers and banks.

  • You understand how chain processes around return, risk and accountability work, and know where to ask further questions to create movement.

  • You translate data, process insights and system knowledge into concrete improvements for the client.

  • You have experience in a BAU role and are ready to take the step towards more project- and change-driven work, where you use your substantive knowledge to structurally improve processes, data and collaboration.

  • You have an affinity with investing, control and the dynamics of financial markets, and naturally connect content, process and advice.
